Lyle has been teaching and advising in the Professional Sales program since 1977. Along with his daytime teaching duties, he also is an instructor in the areas of Supervisory Management in Customized Training with various organizations.
Occupational Background:
His work experience consists of such positions as sales consultant and buyer with Lampert Building Centers. He also has management and sales background with Richman Brothers apparel industry.
Education:
Lyle is currently completing his Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and Communications from Concordia College. He also is a certified instructor with the Wilson Learning Corporation in Working and Frontline Leadership.
Interests/Hobbies:
His interests outside the classroom are activities such as hunting, fishing and wood working.
Kris Daby
Fashion Management Instructor

Background:
Kris Daby has been a program instructor in the Sales Management & Marketing Division for several years and is the Fashion Management Program instructor/advisor. In addition to teaching fashion classes, Kris also teaches courses in retail management, customer service, business math, marketing and resume preparation.
Occupational Background:
Kris has extensive professional experience in the fashion/retail industry working for stores such as Marshall Field's (now Macy's) and Herberger's. Over the years, Kris has held positions including Sales Manager, Associate buyer, Planner Distributor, Buyer, and Division Vice President.
Kris was also an Associate Product Manager for a major food supplier and recently gained sales experience as a Sales Representative with Aventis Pharmaceuticals.
