2.14.1 Immunization Records

Minnesota College Immunization Law requires all students provide an immunization record. This form was distributed with your acceptance letter. It is very important your record be completed and returned to the college. To remain enrolled at Alexandria Technical College, you must have a current, updated immunization record on file in the Health Services Office.
