2.3 Employment Services

The mission of Alexandria Technical College's Employment Services Department is to maximize the graduates' opportunities for employment in the career field of their choosing. While the college does not and cannot ensure employment for its graduates, it does work to affect the employment process. Career services offered by Alexandria Technical College include classroom instruction in job-seeking skills, a resource library in the Employment Services Center, telephone and fax services, job development, and job search counseling. Students who have questions regarding Employment Services should stop in at the Employment Services Center.
